What that means in practice:- Several years of experience in design or art direction – the exact path matters less than what you've made of it
- Confident with the Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and the usual communication tools
- Strong English – we work with English-speaking colleagues and clients
- German at a solid B1 level or above – our clients like to talk through their projects in German
- Agency experience is a plus – automotive background is a very welcome bonus
